Patek Philippe Annual Calendar, Ref. 5125J – Wempe Edition – sold in July 2003 A stunning and rare Patek Philippe Annual Calendar, Ref. 5125J, released in 2003 to mark the 125th anniversary of the German retailer Wempe as an authorized Patek Philippe dealer. The model was produced in a limited run of 425 pieces: 125 in yellow gold, 125 in rose gold, 125 in white gold, and 100 in platinum. This particular watch is number 5x out of 125 in 18K yellow gold. The 5125 blends vintage elegance with modern practicality. Its 37 mm polished yellow gold case features a smooth bezel, refined crown guards, and sapphire crystal. The black dial showcases Patek’s signature “in-line” layout with day and month windows beneath 12 o’clock, and a moonphase and date aperture at 6 o’clock, all complemented by a 24-hour indicator and a subtle “WEMPE” signature within the moonphase display. Inside, the watch is powered by the self-winding Caliber 315 S QA LU 35 R – a reliable and beautifully finished movement offering a complete annual calendar function.
